Employers meet

This is a new initiative taken by our Honorary Secretary, Professor Vikas. The employers meet aimed at creating awareness for the employers on the abilities of people with Visual Impairment and understanding from the prospective employers the skill sets require in the present scenario. This would help us to modify and enhance training programs. They were around 50 participants from different fields including IT industry, Food Industry, Hospitality, Jewelers, Media and Entertainment. Mr. Chandrasekar presented an overview about the organisation. After this Professor Vikas explain the concept and how people with visual impairment could be productively employed. Mr. Gnana Prakash.
